Jon Parulian Purba completed his law degree from Padjadjaran University. He focused his career as a lawyer and has represented clients, both individuals and companies, in various criminal cases, civil and business disputes at the Indonesian courts.

He helps clients to analyzing facts and evidence to formulate the best strategy to solved problems that are being faced by clients in court or out of the court. He has handled cases such as contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and other disputes that are common in business relationship and also represent clients on the bankruptcy process and insolvency.

He also assisted clients on investigation conducted by Indonesian National Police, Indonesian Attorney General Office, and Corruption Eradication Commissions (KPK) related to allegation of a criminal acts.

He is a consultant on legal compliance and risk management and also a facilitator on establishing a good relation between clients and the government.

He is member of Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia / Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and Himpunan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia / Association of Indonesian Curator and Administrators (HKPI)
