Mr. MIKHAEL KEVIN HUDIYONO (“KEVIN”) is the Founder and Partner of CHR

Mr. KEVIN complete his law degree from Padjajaran University, and has taken economic law specialty program. As a Partner of this firm, he focuses his law practice in the areas of corporate law, employment, Commercial Dispute Resolution and often accompanies clients who want to invest in Indonesia to provide advice from a legal perspective.

Before he joined at this firm as a Partner, he started his carrier in law with joined one of the leading firm in Bali and Jakarta, He has worked with numerous client on the design and implementation of compliance program, policies, procedure and risk assessments. He has also conducted on the ground due diligence review, as part of the mergers and acquisitions process and general internal compliance assessment. Mr. KEVIN at that time he was involved in a foreign investment project related to company incorporation and business legality of several leading night clubs and beach clubs in Bali

In the field of employment, Mr. KEVIN has also providing legal assistance to PT Freeport Indonesia employees to obtain their rights within the framework of the company’s nationalization program with the Indonesian government

He always consider himself as a thinker, a man behind the scene who expects nothing but perfection in his work. He was responsible for arranging every detail of legal documentation as well as to understand the business as a whole.

Beside the lawyering life, Mr. KEVIN spends his time pursuing the things he likes, such as reading books, enjoying culinary delight, producing music and playing golf.
